Dear Jazz-lovers, we are very proud to present the sixth in the series of jazznights at the SUNN featuring the young and progressive Tomi Nikku on trumpet!
On Friday November 23th

Tomi Nikku also belongs to the league of young and rapidly escalating stars in the Finnish jazz scene! He’s studying at the Sibelius Academy and has been gigging frequently with different ensambles: Mikko Sarvanne Hip Company, Sointi Jazz Orchestra, Alder Ego, Maxxxtet and his Bowman Trio who overcrowded the Lonna Jazz happening this summer!
Tonight’s bassist is the trusted Joonas Tuuri who is playing in some of the same ensembles as Tomi and also several other current and interesting groups like Lithium, Jonne Taavitsainen Threedom, Selma Savolainen Quartet
On drums we have the one and only Thomas Rönnholm who keeps the time and spirit running throughout the autumn.
The pianist and club host John Grönvall – is very proud to present the sixth in the series of international top level jazz played at restaurant Sunn. Right here in the heart of Helsinki.
