A rare occasion to catch this celebrated project on stage
Levyllä on pääosin ruotsalaisia lauluja, koska niitä laulaja Emma Salokoski lapsena isoäidiltään kuuli. Solistin ja orkesterin yhteys on luonteva ja musiikki soljuu eteenpäin hengityksen lailla.

Vocalist Emma Salokoski and Ilmiliekki Quartet, one of the international success stories in Finnish jazz, joined forces in 2009 for the album “Vi såldre vara hemman”. The record was a success and the combos live shows since have become rare events every music lover should mark on their calendar with big capital letters. Salokoski and Ilmiliekki have a connection far beyond the standard roles of the vocalist and her band, and together they create music which flows with remarkable ease.
